Nikos N. Metzitikos

Nikos graduated in 2005 from Demokriteio University of Thrace with a law degree. He subsequently attended various courses and obtained a license as a mediator, and compliance officer and is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2006, registered with the Limassol Bar Association.
 
After finishing his degree, he returned to Cyprus and undertook his training sitting his Cyprus Bar Association exams in February 2006. 

On finishing his training, he was employed at various law offices and exposed to a plethora of legal issues and areas of law. These included, amongst others, litigation matters (admiralty, civil actions, administrative law, family law, human rights), corporate issues (lease agreements, Sale of Land), registration of trademarks and patents, both on a national and an international level, formation of companies both in Cyprus and abroad and administration of companies (resolutions, agreements). He was also involved in the preparation of legal opinions on behalf of clients.  

Since September 2010 he joined Kyriakidou, Lamari LLC as a director and member of the board of directors of the company. 

At Kyriakidou, Lamari LLC he has been involved in litigation, including but not limited to, civil actions, property, corporate, tax, banking issues, administrative law, employment law, and family law.  

Currently, he joined MNG Legal Chambers and is mainly involved with litigation, trademarks and patents,  international investments, business law, administration of companies, and similar matters.

Nikos has both organisational and leadership skills and he is generally an active person which is proven by the position that he holds today in the company that he is employed as a managing director.
